Overview:
VIAVI is aware that AWS (Amazon Web Services) is experiencing a major outage today (Monday, October 20, 2025). This is impacting StrataSync Services intermittently.

Current Status:
The following services have been reported to be experiencing issues.

• {StrataSync web user interface}
• {StrataSync APIs/external interfaces}

Please note that additional cloud hosted services may be impacted in addition to what is listed here.

Next Steps:
VIAVI is monitoring the situation and will provide updates as we receive them. The restoration of all services is dependent on the resolution of the AWS service outage. Additional information can be found on AWS health dashboard
