DSAM Firmware version 4.5.3 now available via StrataSync
DSAM firmware version 4.5.3 has been released, and is available on StrataSync.
Use the “Upgrade Firmware” action on the ASSETS menu to deploy firmware upgrades to your instruments.
Release notes are available on the firmware update page and linked below, the significant changes in v4.5.3 are as follows:
Release Notes: DSAM 4.5.3 firmware fixes a few customer scenarios discovered since the release of v4.5.1 firmware. These situations include low throughput results when a significant delay (lag) is present between the DSAM and throughput server and incorrect ISDB-T readings for those units equipped with ISDB-T hardware. It is recommended to upgrade to v4.5.3 if either of these scenarios are likely to occur or if the DSAM is at a firmware version earlier than v4.5.1.
DSAM Firmware 4.5.1 available via StrataSync
DSAM Firmware 4.5.1 available via StrataSync for DSAMs with XT hardware.
From the ASSET menu, chose Update Firmware, then select Online Updates, then select DSAM. Choose the v4.5.1 firmware and any appropriate language packages then deploy it to any or all DSAMs in your Asset List.
